Dean began his career in retail in 1988, and since that time has held both operational and asset protection roles in Canada's leading food and pharmacy retailer, Loblaw Companies Ltd. In 2009, Dean was named SVP of Asset Protection. As part of this role, he oversees the health and safety of colleagues and customers at more than 2,500 Shoppers Drug Mart and grocery stores, through a team of AP experts, Health & Safety experts and Medical Services experts.
