This presentation will walk through a case study involving a national retailer’s initial engagement of an AI vendor specializing in retail analytics and will delve into critical considerations in that relationship. 

Insider threats are more frequently impacting valuable data and the security of systems.  Experts in incident response will walk through a realistic scenario describing how such insider threats might impact a retail business, and what companies can do to mitigate those impacts.  Discussion will focus on how such insider threats arise, how to detect them, how to respond to them, and what sorts of legal risks and legal obligations may flow from them.
