IA Torrey Kingcade entered on duty with the FBI in 2010. IA Kingcade was assigned to the Jacksonville Field Office where he worked as an Investigative Specialist. In 2014, he completed FBI Academy training and was assigned to FBI Headquarters where he worked in the HUMINT Validation Management Unit. In 2016, he was assigned to the Criminal Investigative Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. where he worked in the Health Care & Intellectual Property Intelligence Unit and was an opioid subject matter expert. In 2021, IA Kingcade was assigned to the Directorate of Intelligence, Global Intelligence Unit II covering the Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras accounts. Currently, IA Kingcade is assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division’s Transnational Organized Crime Intelligence Unit. IA Kingcade is an augmentee for the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group serving for 6 years as both an instructor and a coach. Additionally, IA Kingcade is a Peer for the Employee Assistance Program for the DI serving for 4 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University.
