Todd Fernandez

Todd Fernandez is the Director of Loss Prevention & Safety for Stater Bros. Markets, where he leads a team of security personnel responsible for providing a safe working and shopping environment. During his 30-year career at Stater Bros. Todd has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility to include Special Agent, Security Coordinator, Security Supervisor, and Asst. Director of Corporate Security & Safety. His primary focus today is centered on employee safety, shrink reduction, and employee training. Todd, his wife, and twin daughters reside in Southern California.
