Over the years, he ascended through various leadership roles, including Supervisor, Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, and Corporate Executive, ultimately becoming Vice President of Loss Prevention, Operations, and Asset Protection. Paul has held influential positions at JCPenney, The Home Depot, Bloomingdale’s, and Donna Karan International, demonstrating expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and asset protection. For the past four years, he has been a key leader at Five Below, contributing significantly to the company’s success and long term strategy.
