This tabletop exercise is for senior-level retail industry attendees and is built around a scenario where a national company detects and responds to an incident that requires engagement from the company’s cybersecurity and fraud prevention teams, as well as other enterprise business partners. Attendees can participate in this multi-stage exercise and work with peers to coordinate a response around the incident and discuss lessons learned from the scenario.
