Melinda Black is an accomplished retail executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, including 15 years at ULTA Beauty. As Vice President of Loss Prevention Field, she leads strategy and risk mitigation for more than 1,500 stores, with a strong emphasis on employee safety and operational efficiency. Recognized for driving innovation and leading transformative change, Melinda previously served as a Regional Vice President and is an Executive Sponsor of ULTA Beauty’s Women’s Business Resource Group.
