Kelly Hansen is an Asset Protection Director with a specialized focus in Organized Retail Crime. She has over 18 years of experience in the retail industry. Her career is reflective of an extensive focus in the AP field while holding multiple positions including store, regional and national level. She has had exposure to different markets while maintaining and highlighting responsibility for multiple locations at once.
Her current role is a National Director of Organized Retail Crime within the Macy's organization. She currently leads a team of ORC investigators who are responsible for different markets across the nation. Her focus is to create an environment where teams are high performing and engaged, while fostering pride in their purpose to combat Organized Retail Crime.
Kelly is proud of the successful metrics she has driven in various roles, and her ability to drive influential partnerships to support all initiatives. She has held multiple certifications throughout the course of her career, to most recently include her LPC certification, along with an honorary member certification of the International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Kelly takes great pride in her ability to educate as well, holding an adjunct professor role in the same institution she received her M.S. in Business Management.
