Chris DeSantis is Senior Director of Asset Protection at Macy’s. Chris has held various leadership positions in his 25 years at Macy's and currently has responsibility for leading various functions inclusive of Internal investigations, Organized Retail Crime investigations, Fraud Strategy on both the In-store and digital side as well as leading Supply Chain Asset Protection teams. Chris oversees the deployment of AP professionals, technology and strategies to drive overall profitability and minimize the impact of emerging theft and fraud schemes impacting brick and mortar locations, digital space and the transportation network. Chris graduated from Long Island University – CW Post with a BA in Criminal Justice.
