Chris DeSantis is a Senior Director of Asset Protection at Macy's. Chris has oversight for total Investigations, inclusive of Central Investigations and the Organized Retail Crime Division. Chris also oversees the Fraud Strategy team that has responsibility for In-store and eCommerce fraud along with Supply Chain Asset Protection teams across Store Delivery Centers and Customer Fulfillment Centers. Chris has 25 years of retail asset protection experience and has been responsible for the development and implementation of investigative strategies and programs as well as deployment of new AP technology to combat retail theft. Additionally, Chris has served as industry leader by forging partnerships with retail coalitions, trade associations, law enforcement, districts attorney and legislators to advocate for change.
