Caroline Reppert is the Director of the Center for Digital Risk and Innovation as well as the Director of AI and Technology Policy at the National Retail Federation. In these roles, she works closely with both policy and industry stakeholders on critical technology issues that affect the retail sector, focusing on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
Caroline joined NRF from Monument Advocacy, a Washington DC-based multi-client lobbying firm, where she worked primarily on their cybersecurity and technology policy teams. Prior to joining Monument, she worked for the Center for American Progress on election security issues as well as for Senator Bob Casey’s (D-PA) office.
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and her Masters in Public Policy degree from Georgetown University’s McCourt School for Public Policy.
