Associate Vice President, Asset Protection

Brenda Davis is currently an Associate Vice President of Asset Protection for Victoria’s Secret & Co. She has been with VS&Co for 20 years, during which she has held multiple leadership roles within Asset Protection. Brenda currently leads the U.S. and Canada Asset Protection Stores team and is responsible for developing awareness and safety training for stores, campus security, emergency operations, and global travel security. She also oversees the creation of external and internal communication strategies—including those related to DE&I—and leads the strategic development of internal annual events and meetings.
Prior to joining L Brands, Brenda served as Regional Training Manager for Blockbuster, District Loss Prevention Manager for Old Navy, and Field Asset Protection Manager for Mervyn’s.
Brenda holds a master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
She is currently a member of the Association for Talent Development and NRF Women in LP and participates in Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s Inclusion Resource Groups.
