Brad Reeves, a veteran with 29 years in Asset Protection, has extensive experience across the retail industry, including upscale, discount, grocery, and specialty sectors. He began his career at entry-level and advanced through roles such as Store Detective, Manager, District and Regional Manager, and Director. Currently, Brad is the Sr. Manager of Asset Protection at Five Below, overseeing operations in over 1,800 locations across 44 states. He was recognized as a “Top 20 Under 40” by Security Systems News. Additionally, Brad contributes to the field as a committee member for RILA and NRF’s Workplace Violence and Safety Committees.
