Dr. Becky Goza is the Senior Director of IT Risk Management at Ulta Beauty, where she leads strategic initiatives across Cloud Security, Security Engineering, Security Operations, and Cyber Threat Intelligence. With over 15 years of cybersecurity leadership experience, Becky has built a reputation for transforming security programs and driving innovation. She previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores for six years, where she led enterprise-wide security efforts.
A recognized leader in the field, Becky was named the 2023 Top CISO of the Year by Cyber Defense Magazine and is listed among the Top 50 Women Leaders in Oklahoma City for 2025. In addition to her executive role, she is passionate about mentoring and growing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. She actively contributes to the field by facilitating cybersecurity courses for the Institute of Internal Auditors.
