Amy Nofziger is the Director of Fraud Victim Support for the AARP Fraud Watch Network and has over two decades of experience in fraud prevention and victim support. While at AARP, Nofziger has led the AARP Fraud Watch Network Helpline, a nationwide toll-free helpline for anyone to report concerns about fraud. She also has collaborated on fraud research, subjects include multi-level marketing enterprises, best interventions for fraud and chronic victimization and the language of fraud. She has worked with The New York Times, The Today Show, CBS Evening News, Live with Kelly and Ryan, Wall Street Journal, News Nation, Good Morning America, and other outlets to help shed light on fraud and exploitation of consumers. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminology/sociology and Master of Arts degree with specialization in Leadership. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
