NRF PROTECT's main campus is the Long Beach Convention Center located at 300 E Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, Calif. This is where you'll find Registration, the Expo, sessions, and much more.

NRF PROTECT is June 4-6, kicking off the event June 4 with the Grill and Chill and Opening Party!

There is no transportation provided for NRF PROTECT.

Main parking for the Long Beach Convention Center will be the Pine Garage located at 66 S. Pine Ave, Long Beach, CA 90802. It is $15/day with no in/outs or overnight parking.

Fees are based on your company type. Here’s how NRF determines which pass/fees you qualify for.

NRF strongly recommends attendees only deal with our official NRF PROTECT housing provider, OnPeak. You get added benefits, including:

• Contracted, best rate guarantees
• Protection from hotel penalties for room cancellations
• Customer service phone, email and chat to assist with questions and requests
• Protection from hotel relocations
• All hotel reservations can be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date (by attendee) without penalty.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Requests received by May 22, 2024, will receive a full refund. No refunds for requests received after May 22, 2024, regardless of when the registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

The LBCC medic/EMT office is located on the lower level just outside of the expo entrance doors. Basic medical supplies are available.

If further medical support is needed, contact security. Dial 515 from any beige in-house phone in the LBCC or 562-499-7515 to reach the Security Office.

No, drones are not allowed inside the LBCC or at NRF PROTECT.

You must be 18+ years old to attend NRF PROTECT. There are no child care services.

There is no PA system available inside the LBCC. Arrange a time and a place to meet beforehand, or use your cellular device.

Room 203, Level 2 will serve as Lost & Found throughout NRF PROTECT.

Lost & Found hours during show days are:

Wednesday: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

All items will be turned over to the Long Beach Convention Center at the conclusion of the event. Please contact them directly at 562-436-3636 Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST for post-show assistance.

The safety and security of our attendees, including exhibitors, vendors, and staff, is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local, and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans.

Everyone attending NRF PROTECT should be aware that the following are in place:

• Everyone must wear their NRF PROTECT badge at all times. This includes attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, speakers and press.
• CCTV is in operation at our events and is both monitored and recorded.
• Uniformed and covert security guards and police are in attendance at our event.
• Canine security and detection is in operation at our event.

Everyone attending NRF PROTECT is requested to:

• Keep personal property with you at all times and don't leave any items unattended.
• Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to NRF PROTECT staff or security.
• Remain patient and courteous with NRF PROTECT staff and security undertaking security checks.
• Follow the instructions of NRF PROTECT staff at all times.
• Carry a recognized form of photo ID at all times.

If a person engages in harassing behavior, NRF PROTECT Staff or Security will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from NRF PROTECT with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the event including attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, speakers, press and security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.

Patrons, including law enforcement personnel, not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venues. Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (LBCEC) does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons. More info can be found here.

NRF PROTECT offers sessions that cover threats facing retail companies. Including: loss prevention, asset protection, digital fraud, cybersecurity and enterprise risk.

As an Expo Only pass holder you will have access to all content and networking activities in the Expo hall; including solution provider case studies, on the Exhibitor Big Ideas stage.

An All Access pass grants you entry to all Keynotes, Featured Stage sessions and content in the Expo hall.

Exhibitor Big Ideas session videos will be available for viewing (per speaker consent) on the NRF PROTECT website approximately 48 hours after they take place.

The Expo Stage is in the rear of the expo at the back of aisle 500.

No sessions will be translated for NRF PROTECT.

On the NRF Events Mobile App, navigate to the Agenda, then to the specific session you want to rate. Just above the session description, select “Session Survey” and fill out the form to submit your feedback.

If session presentations are available, they will be posted on the session page via the main Agenda.

Exhibitor Big Ideas session videos will be available for viewing (per speaker consent) on the NRF PROTECT website approximately 48 hours after they take place. No other sessions will be recorded.

If you have pets, please leave them at home. The LBCC Center will not allow animals — except for service animals — into the building.

You won’t need to go out of your way to be sustainable at NRF PROTECT. Learn about the easy ways you can make an individual impact on the show’s sustainability efforts:

• Recycling made simple: Waste is sorted by landfill and recycling. Ensure that you are making it matter by using the correct bin when discarding items.
• Reuse and reduce: Use your aluminum water bottle provided by NRF for the show and bring your own reusable coffee cup to reduce your waste and resources footprint.
• Be energy smart: Remember to turn off lights when leaving your hotel room and participate in your hotel’s Linen Reuse Program, which will also conserve water.

NRF PROTECT is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other contractors from photographing or video or audio taping some conference activities. By participating in this event, each attendee understands that the National Retail Federation (“NRF”) reserves the right to use images, audio or video-recordings taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials in any media on a complementary basis.

Please turn your cell phones off or to vibrate or silent when you're in session rooms. If you must take or make a call, please step outside.

Luggage check will be available Thursday, June 6 from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm in the Promenade Lobby, Level 1 at the LBCC.

Complimentary LBCC Wi-Fi is available in all public spaces and session rooms.

First-time users will be asked to create and account and verify their email address to get connected.

There is a dedicated nursing mothers/wellness room at the LBCC. It is next to room 104.

The Grand Prize Giveaway Game is a game in the mobile app for U.S. (and D.C) retailers. Using the mobile app, retailers visit each sponsor's booth on the Expo and scan that sponsor's QR code. Retailers can track their progress in the mobile app. Once all QR codes have been scanned, the retailer is automatically entered to win the prize. The prize is $5,000 gift card. Attendees find their matching # and head to the Fusion Center, on the Expo, to spin and win! The MATCH # is on the badge (lower right corner) and retailers and exhibitors must find each other by matching the numbers on their badge. Once found, head to the prize wheel (in the Fusion Center on the Expo) for a winning spin! The match must be between a retailer and an exhibitor. Retailers can match with multiple exhibitors and win multiple times.

Retailers who previously won at Match, Spin and Win can return to the Expo Hall and Fusion Center Stage for a second spin between 2:30-2:45 PM each day. It's a new wheel with new and bigger prizes! This is a retailer-only game and retailers do NOT need to bring their earlier exhibitor matches along to spin.

Retailers can only participate in the Daily Double once over the course of the event.

The Long Beach Convention Center does not have an in-house business center.
