All cancellation requests must be made in writing to NRFPROTECT@maritz.com. Requests received by May 7, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds for requests received after May 7, 2026, regardless of when the registration is received.

The safety and security of our attendees, including exhibitors, vendors and staff, is our priority. We work closely with the venue, security, state, local and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans.
Everyone attending NRF PROTECT should be aware that the following policies are in place:
Everyone must wear their NRF PROTECT badge at all times. This includes attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers and speakers.
CCTV is in operation at our events and is both monitored and recorded.
Uniformed and covert security guards and police are in attendance at our event.
Everyone attending NRF PROTECT is requested to:
Keep personal property with you at all times and don't leave any items unattended
Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious or out of place to NRF PROTECT staff or security
Remain patient and courteous with NRF PROTECT staff and security undertaking security checks
Follow the instructions of NRF PROTECT staff at all times
Carry a recognized form of photo ID at all times
If a person engages in harassing behavior, NRF PROTECT staff or security will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from NRF PROTECT with no refund. EVERYONE at the event including attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, speakers and security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.

As an Expo Only pass holder you will have access to all content and networking activities in the Expo hall including solution provider case studies on the Exhibitor Big Ideas stage.
An All Access pass grants you entry to all Keynotes, Featured Stage sessions and content in the Expo hall.

Within the NRF Protect mobile app, navigate to the Agenda, then to the specific session you want to rate. Just above the session type, click on “Fill out survey” and fill out the form to submit your feedback.
Additionally, you can submit feedback right in the moment with tablets that will be passed around at the end of each session.
If session presentations are available, they will be posted on the session's page via the main Agenda.

The $5,000 Giveaway Game is a game in the mobile app for U.S. (and D.C) retailers. Using the mobile app, retailers visit each sponsor's booth on the Expo floor and scan that sponsor's QR code. Retailers can track their progress in the mobile app. Once all QR codes have been scanned, the retailer is automatically entered to win the prize. Five chances to win a $1,000 gift card.
Attendees find their matching # and head to booth 206 in the front of the Expo, to spin and win!
The MATCH # is on the badge (lower left corner) and retailers and exhibitors must find each other by matching the numbers on their badge. Once found, head to the prize wheel (booth 206 in the front of the Expo) for a winning spin! The match must be between a retailer and an exhibitor. Retailers can match with multiple exhibitors and win multiple times.
Retailers can claim an NRF PROTECT 2026 Challenge Coin at one of three sponsor booths. For every coin claimed by a retailer during the event, NRF will donate $1 to our featured charity, Project K-9 Hero.
