Kimberly Price is a seasoned leader in Asset Protection, currently serving as Director of Asset Protection at EssilorLuxottica. With over 33 years of retail experience, Kimberly’s career spans major industry names including Macy’s, Meijer, and Luxottica.
While the majority of her career has been in Asset Protection and Loss Prevention, Kimberly also spent five years in Human Resources, where she honed her skills in labor relations and employee engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville, where she was a proud Woodford R. Porter Scholar. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI).
Throughout her career, Kimberly has led enterprise-wide investigations, reduced shrink, developed audit and compliance programs, and championed diversity initiatives—earning the Spirit of Diversity Award. She is known for her results-driven approach, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to developing future leaders in the field.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberly is a proud mother of two sons who were active in sports and academics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, fishing, solving jigsaw puzzles, watching her youngest son play collegiate baseball , and spending time with friends.
