Ryan O'Hara

Based in the Greater Philadelphia/NY/NJ region, I am deeply passionate about asset protection, corporate security, investigations, crisis management, and business continuity. Over the course of my career, I have specialized in tailoring security solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Recently, my focus has been on spearheading the development of a fusion center aimed at connecting and collaborating to identify both internal and external negative business impacts. I prioritize cross-functional brand partnerships, recognizing their pivotal role in addressing profit-impacting behaviors and collectively tackling systemic issues within the industry. With a strong expertise in investigations, I navigate complex scenarios to safeguard organizational integrity and drive favorable outcomes. Outside of work, I find joy in coaching my three boys in their sporting endeavors. I eagerly anticipate contributing to the collective advancement of our industry at RILA.
