Chief Deputy Attorney General Patrick Schulte is the attorney in charge of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Organized Crime and Financial Crimes Sections. He spearheads the Office's Organized Retail Crime Unit -- a dedicated team of ten special agents and five deputy attorneys general who investigate and prosecute a wide range of organized retail theft related crimes. Since its inception in 2024, the Organized Retail Crime Unit has opened over 100 investigations and seized millions of dollars worth of stolen retail merchandise.

Attorney Schulte has worked for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General for over 12 years. He also supervises the following initiatives at the office -- Gaming Enforcement, Labor Fraud Enforcement, and Tobacco Tax Fraud Enforcement.

Prior to joining the Office of Attorney General, Schulte was an Assistant District Attorney in the Pittsburgh region of Pennsylvania.
