Nicole Accardi has been the Vice President of Loss Prevention for J Crew Group consisting of J. Crew, J Crew Factory and Madewell since 2015. Previously, she has held positions as Loss Prevention Director, Regional LP Manager and Corporate Investigator for global organizations such as Gap, Lord and Taylor and Marshalls.

Nicole is a Certified Forensic Interviewer and holds a master's degree in criminal justice, deviance and terrorism from John Jay College of Criminal justice.
