Mike Korso is the Director of LP Intelligence at Ulta Beauty and is also the co-founder of Ulta's first ever 24-hour Security Operation Center, called the "EPICenter" (Enterprise Protection & Intelligence Center). The EPICenter was launched in Q4 of 2022, and it now serves as a fully functioning LP core business unit helping to protect Ulta Beauty people, products and properties around-the-clock.

Prior to working at Ulta Beauty, Mike previously held progressive LP leadership roles at Amazon.com, Ascena Retail Group, and Wickes. Mike holds a master's degree in business administration from Aurora University and also industry certifications from the International Associations of Interviewers (CFI) and (LPC) from The LP Foundation.
