Lisa is currently implementing a global mental health program for Gap Inc. The program is focused on breaking down the stigma associated with mental illnesses in the workplace and empowering employees with information and resources. She is passionate about employee well-being and has positioned mental health as one of the four critical pillars of employee well-being along with physical, financial, and community health. Lisa has a master’s degree in Nutrition Education from American University and bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
In addition to her focus on improving the employee experience, she is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, devoted friend, trusted adviser, volunteer, mentor, and advocate.
