Keltric Goff is an Asset Protection/Loss Prevention executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As a Field Director of Asset Protection at VS & Co (Victoria’s Secret), Keltric leads a diverse team of professionals who provide support to the company’s stores to minimize loss and maximize profit while ensuring a safe working and shopping environment.
Keltric began his career in Asset Protection in 2001 when he accepted an entry-level position at Filene’s Basement in Washington, DC. Over a period of three years, his knowledge and passion for the field flourished. In 2004, he joined L Brands, Inc. as an Organized Retail Crime Investigator and since then has served in various capacities including Regional Loss Prevention Trainer, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Area Asset Protection Manager.
After attending his first IOBSE spring conference in 2010, Keltric joined the organization as an opportunity to network with like-minded security practitioners while providing support and mentorship for students who show interest in the security industry. Currently, Keltric resides in North Dallas with his wife, Dr. Lakesha Goff, and his two children, Brooke, and Dean. He is an alum of Howard University and a lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
