In her current role, Karen is responsible for the comprehensive management of the security network, encompassing crisis/risk management, shrinkage prevention, asset protection, and loss prevention. She is dedicated to strategically fostering the growth of H&M's security initiatives in the region, emphasizing the mitigation of crises' impact on colleagues, customers, and the overall business.
