As the Director of Investigations at Kohl's, Jordan Chacon brings over 15 years of diverse leadership experience within the company. Jordan currently oversees a range of critical functions, including the management of Organized Retail Crime investigations and Internal Investigations. Notably, Jordan has played a pivotal in conceptualizing and executing a centralized investigations program aimed at optimizing efficiency and bolstering Kohl's Loss Prevention initiatives. His academic foundation includes a BA degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
