Dariush Vollenweider has been a federal agent for 14 years with the United States Government. Mr. Vollenweider is a native to Louisiana and started his career with the federal government in Albuquerque, NM. While in Albuquerque, Mr. Vollenweider spent most of his time investigating drug trafficking organizations. After moving back to Louisiana, Mr. Vollenweider entered the cyber world of investigations and took a liking to the Dark Web. Since 2017, Mr. Vollenweider has carried out multiple complex investigations surrounding dark web targets who were involved with but not limited to terrorism, drug trafficking, hit men for hire, organized retail crime and money laundering involving cryptocurrency. In May 2021, Special Agent Vollenweider was recognized and received an award from U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy for a weapons smuggling case that started on the dark web that resulted in the prevention of a mass terrorist act.
