Prior to his current role, Dan served as Vice President of People Success, where he led talent and organizational development strategies for Ulta Beauty’s national Supply Chain Network, encompassing seven distribution centers across the United States. He began his journey with the company as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager and progressed through critical leadership positions, including Manager of Loss Prevention Security Systems and Technology, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Director of Human Resources for both retail stores and distribution operations.
