Regional LP Manager
J.Crew
I have been working in LP for 18 years, in a variety of positions. My current role is Regional LP Manager for the West Coast factory division of J. Crew. Originally from the East Coast and currently based in Austin, TX. I have had the opportunity to work for such brands as H&M, Bath and Body Works, and Nike, to name a few. Working for these brands has afforded me the opportunity to live in several different parts of the country and has contributed to my experience and personal and professional growth. My biggest learnings have been, as LP professionals we need to be more relatable, focus on building partnerships, training and development. My style truly reflects that, and I put forth a continuous effort to end the stigma of LP being the people that just fire associates. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, watching and attending sporting events, and getting to the ocean as much as possible.

Small LP teams are often responsible for hundreds of stores, large physical spaces, high‑volume markets, and elevated risk, yet despite a lean head count, the team is still expected to protect people, product, and brand while contributing to profitability. The session investigates how J. Crew’s LP team maximizes impact with limited resources by prioritizing high‑value work, strengthening cross‑functional partnerships, leveraging technology to balance travel, and using proactive safety programs—all grounded in a leadership philosophy built on thoughtful resource stewardship
