Operating at the intersection of sport, environmental activism, and social justice, Bryan supports Patagonia's mission by leading people, strategy, and programs in the space of enterprise risk management, global security, health & safety, retail loss prevention, and crisis management/resilience. Prior to Patagonia, Bryan held similar roles at lululemon athletica and Ralph Lauren and started his career in the consulting space helping multi-national organizations navigate business risk in the Asia Pacific region, where he spent 15+ years. Bryan graduated from the University of California, San Diego and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is based in Ventura, California.
