As the Director of Global Security & Intelligence at Gap Inc., Ben oversees all corporate intelligence programs, international travel risk management, GSOC operations, and HQ physical security operations.

Prior to joining Gap Inc. just over two years ago, he served as a Regional Security Officer at Sandia National Laboratories. The bulk of his career was spent in the public sector, where he served as both a Special Agent and Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, serving overseas in Turkmenistan, Brazil, and the Kyrgyz Republic and domestically on the Ukraine Desk in Washington D.C., at the Houston Field Office, and on the Secretary of State’s Protective Detail. Ben has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in political science. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Ben works out of Gap Inc.’s Albuquerque, New Mexico office where he resides with his wife and two children.
