Ashley is a Regional Loss Prevention Manager with J.Crew Group, bringing over 18 years of retail field leadership experience and a strong operational perspective to the industry. Since transitioning into Loss Prevention in 2022, she has strengthened enterprise physical security infrastructure, advanced shrink reduction strategies, and supported operational readiness during a period of rapid new store expansion.

She leads loss prevention efforts across an entire brand, overseeing investigations, physical security programs, and strategic vendor partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional partners, she ensures security standards are embedded into store design, field execution, and daily operations.
