Director of Asset Protection

Louis Vuitton

Texas Native. I graduated from the University of North Texas with Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Psychology. I interned with the Loss Prevention department at Neiman Marcus my Senior Year of college, then was hired full time as an Investigator after graduation. I worked for Neiman Marcus over the course of the next 11 years, promoting to Assistant Loss Prevention Manager, then Loss Prevention Manager during that time. Through the relationships I formed during my time at Neiman's, I was introduced to the Asset Protection team at Louis Vuitton and made the decision to join the organization in 2013 as the first Asset Protection Manager based in the Chicago Market. I spent 6 years in the retail stores there, building the Asset Protection program and implementing strategies and initiatives that reduced shrink, and protected people. In 2019 I was presented with an opportunity to move back to my home state to help open the first Louis Vuitton leather goods Manufacturing facility in Texas (and only the 3rd in the US). In 2021 we opened a brand-new Distribution Center, then in 2023 a one-of-a-kind corporate campus including a Client Service Center and Client Repairs workshop all in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. During this time, I was able to expand my team in this region and was promoted to Senior Manager. In 2025, my scope grew to include all Manufacturing and Distribution locations in the US when I was promoted to my current role as Director of Asset Protection.
