Tackling ORC through legislative partnerships and priorities

Achieving new ORC and retail theft legislation requires a multi-layered approach, supporting national, state and local efforts. NRF Government Relations team members will deliver an update on the current state of INFORM Act implementation and the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act working its way through Congress. They will be joined by JC Penney GR and AP leaders sharing how they partner with NRF to bring awareness and legislative efforts across various state and local governments with the aim of helping the retail industry.
