Western States Organized Crime Alliance

The Western States Organized Retail Crime Alliance (WSORCA) is a regional partnership uniting Organized Retail Crime Associations (ORCAs) across the West Coast and Southwest to strengthen the response to organized retail crime. WSORCA doesn’t replace local ORCA efforts—it connects and supports them, creating a coordinated network that improves communication, intelligence sharing, and multi-jurisdictional collaboration.

Built by ORCAs, for ORCAs, WSORCA is designed for cross-state criminal activity. Organized retail crime groups operate without regard for boundaries, making regional alignment essential. WSORCA bridges gaps by convening law enforcement, retailers, prosecutors, and private-sector partners around shared priorities and actionable leads.

Through conferences, training, and ongoing engagement, WSORCA accelerates information exchange, promotes best practices, and strengthens relationships that lead to results. The focus isn’t membership—it’s meaningful collaboration that helps identify trends, build stronger cases, and disrupt organized criminal networks.

By advancing a unified, partnership-driven approach, WSORCA helps ORCAs operate more effectively locally while contributing to a connected regional strategy—strengthening cases, reducing ORC activity, and improving public safety across the western United States.
