Tim Lapinski, CFI, LPC is the Divisional Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management for Helzberg Diamonds with oversight in risk management, loss prevention, security operations, and fraud. He has over 30 years of experience in retail loss prevention, including leadership roles with Kohl’s Department Stores and Abercrombie and Fitch. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is Loss Prevention Certified (LPC), and a Legacy Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI).
