Asset Protection (AP) associates are expected to always act with their organization’s best interests in mind—a job made even more difficult in the ever-changing world of social media and technology, coupled with difficulty in discerning actual from “alternative” facts. In this session, attendees will discuss the impact of their decisions and behavior on their professional persona and the company's brand, and how an ethical culture can protect the company from unnecessary litigation.
